ago. The company
is called "EZ Systems" because its approach is to.make the customers and vendors

operation that primarily sold and repaired only tape drives and optical
drives into a team that sells computer systems (laptops to servers),
peripherals like tape drives, optical drives, hard
drives, printers, cameras
and networking products (hubs, routers, switches). Repair services include
tape drives, optical drives and now printers. EZ’s facility
(sales / warehouse / depot repair center) is located in Santa Ana, Southern California. From this
location, they ship from a stock of over 2,500,000 models to over thousands
of customers around the globe. If they do not have the particular make or
model in stock you want, they will try to source it from over
1,000 vendors they have developed relationships with over the
years. |
As a company, EZ has done quite well. Sales are projected to
continue to grown due the company’s emphasis on customer service.
Professional and knowledgeable Account Managers are available to assist customers,
so the level of customer service is very high which is fueling
their sales growth. Generally, most orders are shipped within 1 to 2
days.
The Account Managers assist with phone in orders and web orders.
If needed, live operators are available to answer the phone when you
