Here are some tips. Try searching again.
Please try narrowing your searches by using
and not using commas, and hyphens and multiple search fields.
Example: tape, DLT in the description box will get you all the dlt tape drives.
Add Seagate to the brand field
and you limit your search to Seagate DLT tape drives. Use the price range fields
to limit your searches further
to a specific price range. Based on our search tips experiment with the
description field, brand field
and price ranges to limit or expand your search results.
Putting commas into your search or taking them out of your search will get
you different results.
Same with hyphens and slashes. Our search is hyphen, slashes and comma
sensitive. So search with and
without hyphens, slashes and commas to see what you get.
A - minus will take the term after the minus out of the search. Example:
hard, - seagate in the description
field will get you all hard drives except Seagate hard drives. Note the comma
between hard and seagate
and before the minus in the previous example.
The word "and" as a field deliminator doesn't do much for
you. The word "and" is considered a keyword.
If you search for "tape and dlt" it will look for "tape and
dlt" in the field you chose. Use the + instead of the
word "and" in the search to look for two keywords at a time. Example:
hard + tape will get you all the hard
drives and all the tape drives.

Often the item or product name is misspelled and needs to be checked for its
accuracy and retyped.
